Wedding & Event Packages 

At Caboose Farm, we take pride in celebrating life's special events.  Whether it's a wedding, Bar or Bat Mitzvah, a birthday party,  engagement party, celebrating a graduation, or a family reunion; Caboose Farm is here to provide you an exceptional venue! As our special guests, you may choose either a tented area and/or the Event Barn for your event, and a ceremony site for a wedding.

-Included in our event packages below, we provide access to the event building for the times stated, tables, chairs, dinnerware, linens, parking attendants, transportation for your guests to and from the ceremony site, set up and tear down staff, as well as an on site venue coordinator to oversee your timeline and vendors.

Weekday Single Day Package 

You have access from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on the day of your event

Weekend Single Day Package

You have access from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on the day of your event

Weekend Package 

Typically for weddings, you have access Friday (12pm-9pm), Saturday (9am-11pm) and then on Sunday (9am-12pm). The perks of the weekend package is that it allows you the opportunity to decorate the day before, potentially host a rehearsal dinner in the event building, collect decorations on Sunday as well as the opportunity to host a brunch that Sunday morning with your guests.

Your event package at Caboose Farm will include the following:

The Event Barn

  • Lower Level

    • Approx. 2,600 sqft. of floor space for dinner and dancing

  • Main Level

    • Full Working Bar with seating and dining area

    • Movie Theater typically used for videos, slideshows, photo booths or movies for kids.

    • 3 Outdoor Decks, one with a retractable shade

  • Upper Level

    • Approx. 1,100 sqft. with table and video games

You can add the items below to your event package:

Tents

  • Tent Options (price depends on size and additions)

    • By adding a tent to your special day this allows you a back up location to host your ceremony as well as another area in which to host your dinner reception leaving the reception floor open for dancing, cake cutting and a DJ or live band.

 

Wedding Ceremonies

Possible wedding ceremony sites include:

  • Clearing by the stream (Glade).

  • Clearing in the woods at the base of the hill (Meadow).

  • Clearing in the back corner of the field viewing the sky (Infinity Field).

  • Clearing in the field with view of the property (Flattop Field).

  • Top of the hill viewing the whole property (Hilltop Vista).

Ceremony Fee includes chairs and PA System.

*Alcohol is permitted on the day of your event (bring your own), however a bartender(s) will be provided by Caboose Farm for any alcohol served in the event barn. We want you to have a good time, but at the same time, we encourage you and your guests to drink responsibly.

*Catering is the financial responsibility of the guest(s).
