See what our guests are saying about Caboose Farm and our team...

"We can't say enough amazing things about Caboose Farm. We had our wedding there on June 28, 2014...and it was beyond our wildest dreams. The staff is extremely pleasant and highly professional. Caboose Farm is a one-stop shop!  The caterer that works with Caboose is AMAZING. We cannot say enough about how many compliments we got on the food and how much all enjoyed it.

There are six houses on the Farm and we were able to have our close family and wedding party stay on the property all weekend. The Farm is one of the most peaceful and beautiful places I have ever been. We had our rehearsal dinner outside the night before set on beautiful long tables outside the Barn. The next day, we had our hair and make-up, as well as a groomer for the men, at the farm to help us get ready in our houses (bride and groom stayed in different houses the night before)! Our ceremony was set in the woods with chandeliers, flowers, and crystals hanging from the tall trees. Next, the cocktail hour happened in the Barn while we took pictures and we heard RAVE reviews of the food! What really floored everyone was our dinner that we had out in the wheat field. We had dinner at dusk with a bluegrass band playing and it was one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences that we will remember forever...and it was the same for many of our guests. We were so busy that our food started to get cold...and one of the heads of staff switched our plates for us without us having to say anything! Next, we went into the Barn for a dance party and we served snow cones. A blast was had by all! The next morning, we served breakfast in the Main House and said goodbye to the closer family.

The whole weekend was like a dream. I cannot recommend this venue highly enough!"

"We had our wedding at Caboose Farm in early November 2015 and would absolutely recommend this venue to couples that are looking for a beautiful location with on-site housing that allows you to spend more quality time with family and friends. All of our friends and family commented on how clean, comfortable, and beautiful the homes were. The layout of the property really allowed us to enjoy time with our guests. The property is a stunning venue for a wedding. There are so many ceremony sites to choose from, great photo locations, and plenty of space for young children to play. The event barn itself provided a great setup for the wedding reception because it allowed for lots of dancing downstairs but a more relaxed atmosphere at the upstairs bar for those who wanted to catch up with old friends. This is also a great property for people who are interested in doing more DIY aspects or creative touches.

Colby was fantastic to work with. He was very knowledgeable, flexible, and fun and was always responsive to our questions and requests. Our guests all commented on how great the food that Monica and her team prepared was. Several people told us it was the best meal they’ve ever had at a wedding. Finally, we really appreciated how great and professional the Caboose Farm team was to work with as a same-sex couple. Wedding planning can be a bit of a challenging, heteronormative process for same-sex couples, but with Caboose Farm it was simply fun."

“My wife and I stayed at the Caboose Farm this spring with a group of friends and enjoyed our stay immensely. The company was fantastic, of course, but I credit a lot of the fun we had to how well-suited the property is for weekend getaways.

Caboose Farm is distant enough from the freeway that there’s no road noise to compete with the chirping birds or croaking frogs. Everyone loved the Farm’s state-of-the-art movie theater. The picture and sound quality were amazing, and the reclining movie theater-style seats made the experience better than our local multiplex. The game room upstairs has air hockey and foosball (as well as a number of old school video game consoles), and there’s a huge seating area adjacent to the theater that’s great for relaxing and hanging out. A massive stone fireplace kept us all warm in the evenings as the temperature dropped. Dinner on our last night there was completely handled by the Caboose Farm’s caterer, and the food was perfectly done. The beer-baked bread was a standout.

And there was no shortage of stuff for the kids to do. A big playground out back, tree swings, a full-size train caboose to explore, and the occasional gaggle of geese coming in for pond landings kept the two-year olds well-entertained.

Caboose Farm is a great place to get away from the city for a few days and I’d recommend it to anyone. We enjoyed it so much we’re already planning a return trip next year.”

"Thank you so much for everything! We had a great time, and absolutely loved the venue. Not only did everyone have the space, with a lot of comfort, but the staff were so accommodating, flexible, and kind, The food was delicious and our needs were met before I could even think of them before hand. I will certainly share Caboose Farm with the larger organization for further meetings and retreats and I hope to be able to come back and stay in the near future."
