Caboose Farm is the perfect location to stay for your next family reunion, baby shower or birthday party. With 7 beautiful homes and 2,000 sq. ft. of floor space in our Event Barn, we can accommodate your group of over 150 for the day. We also offer catering services through regional caterers. In addition, we book only one get together at a time, which allows our staff to provide your group with our undivided attention and gives your group a sense of exclusivity.   

With over 15 years of marketing and event planning experience, our staff is dedicated to assisting you throughout the planning process to insure a productive and memorable experience.  Our all-inclusive package price makes budgeting easy because there are no hidden charges.

Family Reunions

“We had a terrific experience renting the Lincoln, Adams, Roosevelt, and Eisenhower houses for our son's wedding. The wedding was held at Thorpewood, which is in close proximity to Caboose Farms. We needed a place to house many out-of-town family and friends, and Caboose Farms was perfect for this. Every house was sparkling clean, modernized and perfect for a family gathering. The staff, was attentive and responsive to our every question and need. The Lincoln House is particularly nice with its upstairs and downstairs seating areas and porches, multiple bathrooms, as well as open and well-stocked kitchen, which allowed us to comfortably host a family breakfast for 60-70 people. We highly recommend Caboose Farms!”
