Hourly Rental of The Barn

Starting at $400 an hour with a 4 hour minimum

Alcohol is permitted on the day(s) of your event (bring your own), however a bartender must be hired (either with Caboose Farm or Caterer), or you will need to provide proof of obtaining a one day liquor liability insurance policy for any day you will be consuming alcohol. We want you to have a good time, but at the same time, we encourage you and your guests to drink responsibly. An Event Day Coordinator, parking attendant and one staff member are provided by Caboose Farm as part of your Barn rental fee. All other services such as catering, decor, rentals, etc. are the financial and planning responsibility of the guest.

Barn includes:

Lower Level- approx. 2,000 sqft. of floor space for dinner and dancing.
Main Level - Full Working Bar with seating and dining area. Full Movie Theater. 2 Bathrooms. Full Kitchen. 3 Outdoor Decks, one with a retractable shade.
Upper Level - approx. 1,100 sqft. with table and video games.

Hourly Rentals of The Grounds

Starting at $600 an hour with a 2 hour minimum

Pick one of the following:

Clearing by the stream
Clearing in the woods at the base of the hill
Clearing in the back corner of the field viewing sky.
Clearing in the field with view of property.
Top of the hill viewing the whole property.

A parking attendant and one staff member are provided by Caboose Farm as part of your Grounds rental fee. All other services such as catering, decor, rentals, etc. are the financial and planning responsibility of the guest.
