Bar Floor
Our 2,800-square-foot bar floor offers a versatile setting for all kinds of gatherings. At the heart of the space is a striking 1912 wood bar, a true statement piece that immediately sets the tone for the room.
The Bar Floor includes tables and chairs for 48 guests, with customizable layouts available to accommodate more. This level also features ADA-compliant restrooms, a prep kitchen for caterers, and a cozy 13-seat movie theater with a 20-foot screen. Two 65-inch TVs next to the bar offer screen mirroring capabilities—perfect for slideshows, presentations, or ambient media. Ideal for rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, cocktail hours, baby showers, or corporate retreats, this space is both elegant and adaptable.
Just outside, a 2,200-square-foot wraparound deck invites guests to explore, mingle, and enjoy sweeping 360-degree views of the surrounding property.
Event Space
Our 2,400-square-foot reception space blends rustic charm with modern versatility. Featuring exposed stone walls, warm wood beams, and polished concrete floors, it offers a beautiful blank canvas for weddings, parties, and corporate gatherings alike. The room can comfortably seat up to 150 guests, with tables and chairs included. Six large windows provide natural light and scenic views of the property, while ADA-accessible restrooms and full air conditioning ensure comfort for everyone. Whether you're planning an elegant dinner or a lively celebration, this space is ready to bring your vision to life.
Game Room
Whether you're here for a wedding, corporate retreat, or family getaway, the Caboose Farm game room is the perfect place to unwind, hang out, or even get ready for the big event. With a 65-inch screen for console gaming, ping pong, foosball, and a vintage arcade machine, it’s a go-to space for fun and relaxation. Spacious and comfortable, it doubles as a great prep area for wedding parties or group activities before the festivities begin.
Deck
Wrapping around the barn with wide-open views of the surrounding fields and mountains, the deck is a natural gathering spot at Caboose Farm. With plenty of seating and easy access to the bar and event spaces, it’s perfect for cocktail hours, morning coffee, or simply catching the sunset. The deck’s spacious layout makes it ideal for everything from casual mingling to live music and late-night hangs.
Movie Theater
Just off the bar floor, our on-site movie theater delivers a true cinematic experience right here at Caboose Farm. With a massive 19-foot screen, HD projection, and a Dolby Atmos surround system powered by 15 speakers, it’s built for immersive entertainment. Whether you're hosting a movie night, giving a presentation, or jumping into a video game on the big screen, this space has you covered. Plush recliners, rich red velour curtains, and a full bar in the back complete the experience.
Fire Pit
Tucked under towering pines and just steps from the barn, our fire pit is a guest favorite. With ample Adirondack seating, rustic log stools, and a generous supply of firewood, it’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day of celebration. Whether you're swapping stories, roasting marshmallows, or simply soaking in the mountain air, the fire pit brings everyone together under the stars.
